Before working with Inonda, Paige found bringing new business into the company frustrating. She was responsible for generating sales for In Touch Networks, the leading network for elite professionals.
In the past, she had tried to reach out and send messages to people to drive business. It had been far too time consuming. As well as the time cost, it took up a lot of precious energy. That’s time and energy that she could spend on the phone speaking to actual clients instead.
Skip to several months later. In Touch Networks made £18,500 from Inonda’s campaign in a single month on a single profile. And Paige actually had less work to do, with no need for any cold outreach at all. Now, Paige opens her message centre and sees enquiries from people interested in In Touch’s services. Instead of manually chasing people for business, people are booking in my diary to speak about it. And if they’re not interested now, it’s just more people in the pipeline. The revenue we make from Inonda’s campaign is just going to get bigger and bigger.
It’s not only bringing extra revenue in though. It's helping our credibility. It’s helping me communicate better with members we’ve already got. There’s loads of ways we can use this.

Paige is discovering more and more value in the data that Inonda's brings the company. Her account manager at Inonda puts responses from the campaign into a spreadsheet every month.
Here’s an insight into the exciting strategies she has planned for In Touch Networks:
In the future, that spreadsheet is going to be very useful for us. We’ll go back to it and do a keyword search for the word “time” or “too busy” and go back to them and say “we understood you didn’t have time or were too busy. We’re now offering an out-of-hours service that helps with that...”
We can get really targeted. There’s loads we can do with the information you’re getting for us and it’s always evolving.
I have meetings with Inonda most weeks to discuss how the messaging is going. See if we want to try some things differently.
It’s helped us reach out to a wider target audience.
Being a savvy business mind, Paige isn’t going to stop the results there. The goal of this campaign was to test the waters with Inonda’s campaign strategy. The results have been conclusive: it works!
Now Paige is busy working with Inonda to duplicate the results and multiply the revenue for In Touch Networks. They're starting at least two more Inonda campaigns.
